About the project

Okhorona Pratsi is an online registry of Ukraine's occupational-safety regulations — NPAOP, DSTU, DBN, GOST and other standards, with more than 45,977 documents gathered in one place. Each document comes with a plain-language explanation and a full text available for download, so a specialist can confirm which rules apply and reach the source in a couple of clicks. The portal is the modern successor to an older static full-text library on occupational safety (dnaop.com) — the same niche, rebuilt as a searchable, structured platform.

The task

Turn a scattered body of safety regulations into one navigable registry, where an engineer finds a document by its code or name and trusts that it is the right, current standard. It had to serve both quick look-ups and deeper work — reading, downloading and even generating ready instructions — in three languages.

What we built
  • Registry of 45,977+ occupational-safety documents — NPAOP, DSTU, DBN, GOST and other standards, classified by type
  • Search by code or title with normalisation, so a document is found even when the query is entered loosely
  • Document cards with plain-language explanations and full texts available to download
  • "Instruction Builder" — a generator that assembles ready safety instructions (.docx) from NPAOP sections
  • Sections for the whole workflow: Documents, Builder, Requests, Forum, News and Articles
  • A reference layer: glossary of terms, FAQ, a "how it works" guide, data sources and contacts
  • Three languages — Ukrainian, Russian and English (/ru, /en)

The result

Instead of hunting for regulations across scattered sources, an OSH specialist works from a single registry — finding the right standard, reading its explanation and downloading the text, or building an instruction on the spot. The portal positions itself as a day-to-day working tool for safety engineers and compliance teams.
